Alaska rockfish, sustainably harvested in Alaska using hook and line, is one of our personal favorites. Rockfish is a mild, lean whitefish with a delicate, flaky texture and a hint of natural sweetness in its aroma. Its versatility in the kitchen makes it an excellent choice for everything from pan-searing and baking to grilling and tacos.
