Alaska Halibut has a firm and flaky texture with a sweet, delicate flavor. It is a naturally lean fish with and a good source of potassium and magnesium.

Fillets range from .8- 1.2 lbs.

  • A 5 lb case will contain approx. 5 fillets

  • A 10 lb case will contain approx. 10 fillets

  • A 15 lb case will contain approx. 15 fillets
