Wild Alaska King (Chinook) Salmon

Frozen and vacuum sealed wild Alaska King Salmon fillets (also known as Chinook Salmon), sustainably fished with hook & line and handled individually with the utmost care. King salmon are the largest of the 5 Pacific salmon and are favored for their rich flavor and high oil content.

Fillets range from .8- 1.2 lbs.

• A 5 lb case will contain approx. 5 fillets
